One might say these two zany, brainy beauties met through chance when they were randomly placed in a group project during their master’s program in 2021. But there were far bigger powers at play, as from that very first virtual meeting, Brittany knew they were destined to build a business together.... Now if only she could convince Jill. Little did Britt know, God, fate, you name it, had much bigger plans for them. Not only would they become the bestest of besties, but they would begin a journey together to positively change the world.

Brittany L. Wilson, CEO and cofounder of AppHAPPY, has some initials behind her name including, but not limited to, BS, RN, MHI, and BFF. She aims to bring the present positive to reality for herself and others. She has a long history of healing people’s wounds and traveling across the globe in search of making dreams come true.
Jill Barber
Chief Inspiration Officer - Founder

Jill Barber, cofounder of AppHappy, has a bachelor's degree in medical technology and a master's in healthcare innovations. Over the past two decades, she has learned and grown professionally by working in various clinical laboratories and developing soft and hard skills to enhance her expertise. Over time, she strived to find an environment where motivation for life-changing creativity is one of the core virtues. This fueled her desire to collaborate with one of her most valued colleagues to develop and encourage growth in other people.
Valerie Duncan
Dream Master

Valerie Duncan is a jack of all trades. For AppHAPPY, she functions as a project manager, graphic designer, illustrator, marketer, administrator - really, whatever comes up. She enjoys learning and experiencing new things.

Her dream is to one day create a collective of artists of a variety of mediums who can harmoniously collaborate on projects, breathing life into projects that would not be possible without a diversity of talents.
Lou Burac

Lou Burac is a virtual assistant who is passionate about numbers, productivity, and self-share the same drive.

Now serving as Chief Momentum Officer for AppHAPPY, Lavelle brings her expertise in storytelling and strategy to help transform the app into a movement that inspires, connects, and empowers individuals to live fearlessly.

As a proud mom to Alec and Braelyn, Lavelle finds joy in experimenting with new recipes, traveling, and creating meaningful connections with those around her. Her dedication to crafting bold, purpose-driven strategies aligns seamlessly with AppHAPPY’s mission to empower and uplift.
